State marijuana regulators have approved of a plan to slowly roll out cannabis cafes, where adults could consume in a social setting and at certain outdoor events.

In the face of opposition from the governor, the state Cannabis Control Commission voted Monday to postpone licensing home deliveries and the cafes until the fall.
