My first experience when they're first opening was that I thought it was going to be another shop that knew nothing about nothing but over time and learn the system they seem to be coming more knowledgeable one of the tenders a female really knew her stuff and the first time when I came back the next day she remembered what price range and kind first time at a shop when I was remembered
