I thought it was funny that this store was strategically placed next to a Popeye's Chicken. The security guard was pleasant enough but I could sense that he could be the type to throw their weight around. Inside the store, there were a few staff members floating around with tablets. The layout of the store seems pretty typical of a legal brick and mortar. It was on the small side and there were a few too many people in the store when I got there. Sadly though, Canna Cabana gets a big thumbs down from me for two reasons: A) the prices are insane. I'm talking $5 + over the OCS prices which are already carrying at least a 30% markup. I guess these are the big city prices, to me it's on par with gouging when the legal Cannabis retailers near me are at or lower than the OCS figures. B) There is no product on display. As in, no buds to look at just a bunch of boxes and containers in these nifty glass showcases. I'm not sure what their goal was with that but to me it's just looks stupid. While most dispensaries keep their product in the back room and show their vape cartridges and consumption utensils in the showcases, these people show you boxes and bottles.

This is a small outfit. You can tell that they are fresh and new. I came in knowing what I wanted and just asked for it. The lady behind the desk grabbed it for me, verified that it was the right product and then the rest is history. I went there 3 days post opening. It's not a big store, yet it's nicely appointed. Expect to show ID regardless of how old you look. The had only a few strains of flower and a few extracts available. Their website is good for seeing what they have before driving out there. Keeping in mind these people are new and there will be some growing pains. All the product comes from the OCS so complaints about product quality is not in Kana Leaf's control. As far as pricing goes, The 510 cartridge I bought was $3 cheaper at Kana Leaf than the government's OCS. Their prices are reasonable and comparable to the OCS. Never experienced seeds and stems in Government weed, that is more associated with poor quality black market product.

Ultra potent strain, heavy on the Indica side. As the name suggests it a good nighttime strain which is sure to provide you with some much needed sleep. Id imagine it would also be suitable for pain. I find it really helps me sleep after days where my anxiety was acute. The only downside to this strain is it left my mouth drier then sandpaper and it also gave me a few headaches. I found the high to intense but short acting, say 1-2 hours max then it plateaus leaving me really sleepy. Again, good for night time not that effective for daytime use or when mental capacity is required.

The first time I tried Power Plant it blew my mind. You'd think it came from some secret lab in Chernobyl. This strain is ultra potent and is not for a beginner by any means. Dank, sticky buds dusted with sugar. Super smooth, earthy taste with a pungent stank. You certainly don't want to have any plans or things to do after smoking/vaping this bud because it will have you glued to your couch, I know it killed my anxiety.
