I Appreciate the Welcome-ness.

I like the flow of this specific dispensary. It's a pretty open space since they readjusted everything about 2-3 years back and made it to where patients can enter thru the front entrance of the building as oppose to the side entrance of the building.

I am extremely disappointed with how horrible the Lack of Customer Service I have received these last few visits. Back when it was known as Midtown Roots, that place was Rockin' w/ Excellent Vibes, Great Energy, and a plethora of Honest Smiles. I've been in sales for over 10 years and although We are not selling the same product/service... Your customer/patient reviews & experience(s) will be Significantly MUCH Better if you hire Budtenders who are passionate (or at least willingness to pursue) about Medical Marijuana and its medicinal values while being capable of helping patients cope with their mental/physical pain, troubles and struggles. Honestly, the employees (including the lady @ the front window) all seem just as happy as if they were going into work @ McDonalds or Burger King. In other words, not happy! this is all with the exception of 1 specific gentleman. he is a tad bit older than the rest of that crew and has an artistic mustache. that man is the most professional/customer service oriented budtender I have had the opportunity to be assisted by...and he is always customer service oriented and does his best to understand and help to his abilities. Let me know if you're hiring!

So, generally speaking I like to visit dispensaries (with the intent to purchase) whenever I can find a good deal. Couple things I will mention that I like/prefer about/from Emerald is that the cost of tax is included in your purchase and NOT added on @ the end of your subtotal. I also like that they have a Rewards/Loyalty program in play. I've noticed that (often enough) they offer reasonable (if not killer) deals, not only that but they also offer a rather decent variety of those deals to give patients the opportunity of saving on just about (if not, Every) product available at least once throughout any 7 day period. <---*Pardon me if any of that was confusing to understand.. What I think about this strain is that, thus far.. over 3 years of being a medical patient in the state of Arizona and having access to Medicinal quality - Blue Dream. I will happily express that Blue Dream has been my absolute favorite strain of all time thus far. That's not to say I don't have any other favorites. But generally speaking, without narrowing down favorites by it's class as an Indica/Hybrid/Sativa Flower. Blue Dream has continued to sit at the top of the cream of crops for myself! :-)
