AR- I revisit this one often. Its deeply relaxing and strong. If youre a beginner, its best to take it easy or it might cause a little anxiety, but to those that have been smoking awhile its really helpful for stress and insomnia. I find it helpful for racing thoughts and tension in the body. Natural State Medicinals always do a great job with this one. High terps, sticky. Consistent.
