it's a wonder for spine damage (surgery literally cured my pain but it hurts a lot to heal rn) and especially for ptsd, my hands stop shaking and I can be social again, but in small amounts, in a higher dose you'll find if you have tinnitus the mind crushing ringing is destroyed.
