I had really high hopes after reading previous reviews.
I don't know if I will go back as I left feeling very dissapointed. The lousy part is that it has nothing to do with the product I purchased and I felt as if it would have been so easy for them to make it an amazing experience.
I felt as if I was a complete nuisance to them and that only after a long wait while they finished texting, followed by a sigh and then an almost jaw dropping inability to answer simple questions like "Can you tell me the indica/sativa ratio of this particular hybrid strain?"
The answer was consistently, "No, I cannot"
They suggested I check out this cool strain database called LEAFLY if I wanted to know such things. Well, its not going to tell me which particular phenotype of Bruce Banner #3 I see in the jar in front of me.
I am interested in knowing what medicine I am consuming. Is that unreasonable?
The short review is that the product is excellent, the prices are fair market, the selection of THC injestion options like oil, hash, concentrates, edibles, topical creams, beverages was excellent, they were sold out of the bud strain I had researched and was prominently displayed on the web site.
That's cool, it happens..but while I was there I watched a staff marking sold out beside most of the most desirable strains.
I definately would have bought more product, tried new things and generally spent a ton more money there if felt valued as a customer and had confidence in what it was I was actually buying.
oh, to close off one more thing....as an example I asked about whether the signifcant price diffence between morrocan and pakistani hash was justified and what differentiated the two.
The Answer......"well one type is from Morrocco and the other is from Pakistan".
Like thats all anyone would ever want or need to know about that. Its not like comparing cars between Germany and China. Maybe there is a higher THC content in one or the Pakistani techniques are blah, blah blah. I don't personally know. Maybe they are always identicle but shipping and handling is the difference.
Overall its a shame because there is so much potential, I repeat
