I check the websites before making a buying trip. JARS makes nice offers, but their website doesn't represent their stock accurately. They've been posting a warning about thier amateurish website, but that warning has been there for months. Perhaps attracting customers to stuff they don't carry is working for them. My last trip included a response fo my rewuest for what I was there to buy was "Oh we haven't had that for weeks!"
I'll be waiting for the faulty website warning to be removed before I waste more gas on JARS.
One must do one's homework before visiting this store. When one is in the store, they do not have lists of their available products, nor do they display their goods so you can see what they have to choose from. As I didn't know this before my first and only visit, I was unprepared. My budtender did not have a comprehensive understanding of his offerings, so he kept asking me what specifically I wanted, when I wanted to know what was for sale. They did seem to be focused on phone sales, so if they have a detailed website that might work. Just don't walk in cold, or expect to waste a lot of time.
The first two times I had the strain is was the best ever. The same strain from Tierra Grow was mid-pack, as I perceive it. Still looking forward to trying it again from a different grower.
The delivery concept is good but the system support is amateurish, and inadequate. Today, I ordered with the 25F discount code and I also had a $20 referral credit. Their system couldn't handle it. In my driveway, cash and documents in hand, I was told I had to go back inside and place another order for half of what was in the delivery bag to get the $20 credit. I had included the code in the original order comments. I choose not to play stupid games because a vendor can't process their own business. I'll check back in a couple of months to see if they've straightened out their system.
I was sold a quarter of popcorn buds and shake, but it was described and priced like ordinary flower. This was a Harvest branded product, so it was totally on harvest.
I wouldn't shop anywhere else if Sativa flower wasn't my preference. Sadly, they almost never have a selection of Sativa flower, so I usually by my flower elsewhere. I took off one service star only for their decision to not offer much sativa.
