This Penelope Spray is very enjoyable. Its got a good balance of THC and CBD and the added mint makes the spray an enjoyable and satisfying feeling. The high is mild and you can start to feel the effects usually 10-30 minutes. The low dosage sprays makes it easy to work up your high so you can reach a level of high without going overboard. 10/10 recommend, for new smokers looking for something light, functional that gives you full control over your dosage, this is a good place to start
