I was welcomed in. I was quickly called up to check out my preorder. The menu was amazing today. Everything was correct and the price was outstanding. I use a cane but my budtender followed me out to help with the door. Perfect service from start to finish. You guys have this locked down and I very much appreciate it. I will be back many times.

They used to sell tons of concentrates from liquor Gold with higher THC %'s. My question is, were they cheating with a lab that is known to give high results because that brings them business? And did they get caught or just thought better of doing it? I find it hard to phathom that they simply produce less quality concentrates now. That would be dumb and bad business. I do feel like those 80%+ did get me higher but I have also read recently that labs were hyping THC content to increase their clientele in Phoenix. I wish everyone could just be straight about it. We pay extraordinarily high prices for concentrates and would like to know what we're actually buying. Which nobody does these days. The new rewards program feels cheap now. Not like before where spending hundreds a week got you something significant. Not $20 off for 500+ points. That's nothing. Staff is awesome tho.

this is my go-to anxiety and insomnia reliever. strong, heavy head high. very heavy eyes and not a care in the world. even if I did, I'm stuck right where I'm at. beats than any sleeping pill I've ever had.

I enjoy the products but I can get those at any other dispensary as well. I've never not had a place to park, but it can be slim even when there are no customers but me. getting in/out quick is easy as I'm usually the only customer there, usually mornings. the one thing that really, really bothers me is the feeling of not being welcome, like they'd rather be anywhere else, and now here you come to bother them. I know it's hard to see a smile in a mask but others seem to figure it out. to me, it's all about personality and energy. those are seriously lacking at your front window (usually I do pick-up). lastly I'm a big fan of your venom shatter prices, so I'll be back. peace ✌

I made an error on my 1st order and called to fix it. she was really friendly, actually knew my name already, fixed my error and my order was done. the driver was communicative, clean looking, MASKED, had exact change (tho he kept it as a tip), was quick to get here and also super friendly. cause it was my 1st time I git a BOGO too which was awesome! lotsa perks are gonna keep me coming back too. love grassp!

The budtender that helped me was kind and very knowledgeable about the strains we discussed. The problem is the 2 ladies who worked the front desk area today. They are very abrasive, and unless they know you they make you feel unwelcome. Like you're bothering them. If it is because they are overwhelmed (like they look) then please find a way to simplify that desk/leafly process for everyones sake. It's truly a mess every time I've been there.
