This is a top 5 strain for me right up there with Member Berry, Blue Dream and GG4. Modern Flower grows dense 32% crystal laden buds that make a nice snap when you pull them apart. The initial effect is a mental buzz which fades away into full body relaxation. It helps me with relief from exercise related soreness and low back pain. Great for before bed, but doesn't make me fall asleep if I have some in the middle of the day, which I like. It doesn't make me anxious even in higher doses like many other strains. This one is a must try
