I am really enjoying this as I type. Apparently, besides the munchies, my experience differs from the consensus. I am wide awake, talkative, my shoulders are relaxed, the anxiety I didn't even realise was there is lifted, feel a decent body high that for a brief moment was quite intense, I'm cogent, more articulate than usual, and generally relaxed.
I can't speak to dryness of mouth because I am eating food that has plenty of moisture, my eyes aren't dry, and paranoia has never been an effect for me, so if you're susceptible to that you may want to be cautious.
Definitely helps with anxiety and stress, can't speak to pain relief as thankfully I'm not dealing with any pain. It hit me pretty hard and pretty fast, not at all a creeper strain for me.
No euphoria but definitely uplifting. Unless paranoia is an issue, this should put you in a good mood, but aside from the weed that sends you to sleep, that's kinda true of all weed for me.
It bears mentioning that this is the first time I've smoked after a 2 week break so that factors into effect.
