I've lived a few blocks from Midway since they opened. I must say I have never had such bad experiences at a dispensary. I got banned a year ago for no reason by Leo. Year later I try again and pick up a 14g that has 30 seeds(no exaggeration needed) in it. Then when I come to tell them my points are a little off the new AIC Juan just wanted to tell me and prove to me that I was wrong about the date I signed up for the ascenders club points. I don't care what day I signed up. I did notice after making a purchase the points never registered or went up. Nothing to do with me signing up or when I did. Almost every other purchase has seeds and a bunch of stems in it or is short a few grams.. Then I can't use the points that I earned by spending my money on anything I want. They don't do defective product refunds because they can't afford it, so they say. I hope this place closes soon. Go anywhere else but here. Some of the staff is cool but most are rude and just trying to make a sale. Most of the products here are Delta 8 THC. Any ozone product on the Shelf here is mislabeled or is not mislabeled and truly is Delta 8 with a 0.01 THC9 percentage.. The staff has no idea whats in the jars/containers. A few staff members told me they dont even shop there and they work there so it pretty mush speaks for itself. THIS PLACE HAS SHOULD HAVE THE TITLE OF WORST DISPENSARY IN ILLINOIS...
