I got my first delivery last weekend. I signed up online, uploaded my MMJ letter, and received a phone call confirming my sign-up within 10 minutes. I logged into their online ordering system, perused the menu, and placed an order for an eighth of Voodoo, a gram of Blue Dragon, and a gram of Cannatonic. The main reason I decided to sign up with Green Light Alternatives was the availability of two high CBD strains (Voodoo and Cannatonic). My main stops in Sonoma County just don't have high CBD meds, and I appreciated Green Light's true variety.
After placing my order, I received a phone call within minutes. I was told the driver was about fifteen minutes out. So that was nice and fast!
Once the delivery guy arrived (apologies, I am the worst with names), we completed the registration process (he copied my letter and DL) on my front porch because I hadn't had the foresight to put my dog away. Once it was time for our transaction, we got into his car (which was nice and clean!) so we were in a private space. He was very professional, helpful, and actively solicited feedback and suggestions. They seem to very much care about customer service.
The driver brought samples of the different strains, which I didn't look through on this occasion due to being in the car, but I appreciate the gesture. It's nice to be able to see what you'll be buying from a delivery service. The flowers come in sealed plastic envelopes which do a good job of keeping the meds fresh. My only mild complaint about this system is that the buds get slightly flattened by the sealing process and being transported in a case (I suppose). However, this didn't affect the bud quality at all.
This was my first time sampling high CBD meds, so I have no real basis for comparison. That said, both the Voodoo and Cannatonic smelled great and I was pleasantly surprised by the nice, mellow effects (which were definitely felt). What really impressed me was the Blue Dragon. I wish I were in a position to buy an eighth right now! I'm really enjoying it--great smell, yummy taste, and intense effects.
Overall, I'm really happy with this service and I'll definitely be back for more!
