Effective for my pain but too often I have trouble with pretty serious anxiety and paranoia. Besides pain control I use marijuana for insomnia this is not the strain for getting good sleep for me.

Living in a rural area with no delivery available I thought SD was a godsend. Sure, it takes about 5 business days to get here but I don't mind - I just plan ahead. At first all was well, no waves and no problems. On my 4th or 5th order I was sent the wrong cart but customer service took care of me right quick requiring only a photograph from me. Then I made a goof on my order and had to ask to have my order cancelled; again their response was fast and kind. Then things started going wrong. I placed an order valued at approximately $150 which never arrived. I went back and forth with customer service via email, receiving the level of care I've been used to up to this point. During this process I learned that signatures are only required on orders valued at $200 (or $250, I forget) or more. I was truly disturbed by the disappearance not only for my lost investment but more urgently because there are both kids and several half-way houses near me. In the end the rep made sure a flag was placed on my account to be sure all future shipments would require a signature. They also told me that my issue would require a managers' review and that someone would be getting back to me. Needless to say I never got that follow-up communication. I tried emailing the CS rep again but received no response. I was pretty upset by now and had just decided I couldn't order again if they were just going to ignore my issue when I got an unsolicited call from SD asking if I wanted to place an order!! I explained the whole sordid story to the caller telling them I might consider ordering again if I got a response to my emails or a call back. The sales rep was overly gracious and promised me someone would call back before close of business that day. I received no such communication - again. That was the final straw for me and I wrote SD off. That is not the end of the story!! The very next day I got ANOTHER sales solicitation. This time I saved my breath and just told them to bark up another tree - they'd lost a good customer by refusing to even bother to get back to me. Bye, bye suckers!
