The high myrcene and limonene content help infinitely with the depressive, sluggish end of bipolar disorder without hitting that 'hard-edge' of anxiety or paranoia that some of the citrus-ey strains can cause. Mild expectorant has been great for clearing up some chest and sinus congestion I acquired this week. High CBG in this strain. Perhaps this is why my migraine has left me?

Mentally, I experienced an increased ability to recognize and address repetitive negative thoughts as well as nurture concepts of patience and self-love. Increased attentional focus and fascination with present stimuli without feeling overwhelmed or distracted. Physically, the phrase "slow but steady" comes to mind. Did little to help with my chronic pain and muscle spasms, but I got through the day.
