Blue Dream
1/8/2021
As someone who is 22 now and used to smoke a lot during my sophomore year of high school, after around 2018 was when I stopped smoking weed completely. This was mainly because back in sophomore year I had hit this gravity bong once and it was the best feeling I ever had from smoking weed, and I could never get that same experience again. Fast forward to 2019, I decided now that I was living in California that I was going to give smoking weed another chance to potentially get that same euphoric, not overly sharp but mellow high that I had got that one time my sophomore year. I decided to go with the strain called, "apple fritters." It was a nice sort of indica relaxed high but again, not what I was looking for. I had all but given up. Fast forward to last week. I picked up one of the most popular strains that was circulating the entire country during the early 2010's. Blue Dream; a sativa-dominant hybrid that is considered the "golden" strain for many. I smoked that strain and it took me right back to that day during sophomore year. I was euphoric, happy, uplifted and completely relaxed. I couldn't believe that after all these years I would be able to get the high feeling I desired so much back in 2014. It's not too high, not too low, but just right in the middle to where you can function, giggle, and watch a nice movie or listen to some great tame impala. If you're a first time smoker looking to find a strain that won't give you a bad experience, look no further than the golden strain that is "Blue Dream." It's the only thing I will smoke for the rest of my life as a novice user.
