Didn’t mind the taste. Took it in the AM in a micro capsule right before a long road trip. Took away pain and stiffness, later in the day I took more and I felt more of a head buzz which I did not appreciate. It’s 2:30 and I’m awake … so calming but not sleep aid enough for me.

I vape .1gram of flower before bedtime. It delivers a nice gentle high which can turn into a night of passion or sweet sleep… it’s up to you. Will definitely say it helped with my anxiety.

Too smelly for me. And it gives me palpitation even at a small dose. But it does give me a good feeling and helps me sleep.
