As someone who smokes CBD and very very light THC strains this knocked me the F*** out for bedtime . Smoked it roughly an hour before going to bed and didn't wake up the entire night which is incredibly rare for me. It can smoke slightly dry and give a little cough so I recommend little hoots slowly and you'll be fine. Taste earthy but floral , not like a dank weed that's got that spicy earth taste.
I recommend if you have trouble falling / staying asleep :)
