When my anxiety is bad and I can't sit down and stfu this is my medicine. If I let my anxiety go I just hurt my body doing task after task that could wait and I'm not doing well anyway.
It helps my pain and gets me to sit and relax focus on nothing. Movies are fun even though you'll just rewind the same 15 minutes a lot. If you're capable of using the remote...where's that remote? Oh look a chicken! Wait I missed that thing I rewound the last time for. (((giggles))) why i laugh??
