Herbiculture use to be my fav dispensary but since the pandemic, it is horrible and chaotic. I get that unexpected changes occured that impacted us all with COVID-19 but you would think that after dealing with that for 6 mths now that the process would be more efficient. I have waited 45 mins, 30 mins and now today I have been waiting for 25 mins. Its not acceptable, i will not go back.

HFL is my go to for my medicines because the flowers are always fresh, good prices, and great service. Patrick is one of the nicest and knowledgeable bud tenders, and your experience with him is always pleasant. Great place!

Excellent customer care, the team is super friendly and care about the customer wants/needs, kudos to Linette (forgive spelling but she is my fav) and Claire (okay, can I have two favs), I mean everyone at VeriLife are super helpful and just nice people. The selections are pretty good, prices are comparable to other dispensary prices and large storefront. But one drawback for me, its always hot when I go, so they need to adjust the temp because I have been twice and both times it was super hot to the point where my bud-tender may a comment to the Manager. But other than that I have a blast whenever I go to VeriLife, lol.

Missions was my first dispensary experience when I received my MMCC card. The staff/bud-tenders know their stuff about the products, that made me feel good, knowing that any questions I may have would be answered. The pricing are pretty good too. But the atmosphere is blah and I found that the quality of the flowers were a little on the dry side. Great location and good knowledgeable team, products (my experience) not too fresh.

I was super excited to experience deli-style flower shopping but once you get pass the well lit and comfortable lobby area with friendly intake/receptionist and move to display/purchase area it gets really dark and dank (no pun intended teeheehee) and it was confusing for me because it was so dark - lighting was off (I am a visual person). My bud-tender had just gotten back from vacation so maybe he was jet-lagged but he was not customer service oriented at all. He did not give me a tour (it was my first time), and when I asked him a question about if they had a particular item on stock, he asked me if it was on the menu, so I was not sure if he was asking a question or making a statement. Overall, I love the receptionist and the lobby area; not to crazy about the bud-tender (they all looked so unhappy on this day) and the product floor area, it did not stimulate my visual sensory, lol. I might go back if I am in that area to see if I may have gone on a bad day, but would request a new bud-tender and not the guy with the raccoon hat.

I had waited years to go TWC but I was really disappointed. Although the staff was great, the selections were okay too but it was the atmosphere, the high prices and the way they have the product purchase set-up. Maybe I went on a bad day but it just seems a bit unorganized for me. In a pinch, I would go back but not really.

I was not expecting much and I went because True Wellness has a "deli-style" set up for the flowers, so I wanted to check it out. But once I started reviewing the extensive list of flowers, concentrates and others, I was really excited especially because they have great bulk prices, star 1. When I placed my order online, a received a phone call from Darryl one of the friendly bud-tenders and he called to let me know that my purchase was not eligible for the deal of the day, I thought that was awesome that he phoned!! I was not expecting to get the deal because I had a hodgepodge of items but still, I thought the phone call was thoughtful and a sign of a good thing, lol, star 2. Once I got there, Darryl was still super nice and I was taken aback of how spacious, lively (music/lighting/screen for photo, etc.) and pleasant the set-up in the lobby, star 3. (Not to say other dispensaries in the area are horrible but they tend to be on the smaller side, pricey, limited selections and dark.) Godwin was my bud-tender (and he pronounced my name correctly!!!) for my order and he was super cool and very knowledgeable about all of the products and he answered all of my questions, star 4. Once in the back it was just as spacious and the displays are all well organized (okay, I am visual and that matters to me lol), star 5. Okay, I love the place, and I don't live close to the dispensary but I have found the one that I will frequent. LOL yes, the layout is visually pleasing, good bulk pricing, one of the largest selection that I have seen and customer service is that great. Check them out. Yeah, this was just really nasty and not a pleasurable experience at all. When I say nasty, it was nasty tasting, skunky smelling and does just the opposite of anti, it is pro-anxiety and pro-depressant as that is how I felt after smoking this strain: anxious, depressed and paranoid! Grant it I was not in any pain because it does relax the body but your head high is worrisome on your psychic, So it did relieve my pain but i was also in a bad frame of mind after smoking and I was scared (don't ask me why, that was the 'noid taking over.) So yes, not for me at all, and I still can't get over the horrible taste of this bud. Yuck.

One of my favorite strains now. The aroma is wonderful, fruity but not overly fruity more on the citrus side. Very smooth and I had a lot of energy, good for relieving stress because your thoughts are super clear and creative. This strains makes you happy. Very good mid-level potency strain and perfect for day time use.
