Placed my first order at 12:15am October 17. I received my confirmation email and that is the last I have heard from OCS. I have sent emails..no response. Have been trying to contact them by phone. You are placed on hold AND you either get disconnected or your hold call NEVER gets answered. I would not be this mad IF you could get in touch with someone and see what the hell is happening. Someone must be held accountable for this disaster!!
The Ontario government has totally messed this up. They have had ages to get this straight and all in order before Oct 17. Typical government mismanagement, yet again!!
I use cannabis medically for severe osteoarthritis. I have maybe 1 week left of my old supply. OTC medicines don't work and I can't use opiates. Thank you OCS for putting me in this situation!!
