Just in a response to your reply to our earlier review, I am 100% Certain, I was at your club. When Leafy e-mailed me because their was a "conflict" with the review, I even provided them with a copy of my receipt, which has your address on it.
I'm sure that the other people writing these reviews have visited your club, but if you look at their profile they've only written reviews about your club and no one else's so they have nothing to compare it too! I've been to multiple in Ontario and that is why a rated you the way I did, as I compared you to the other places I've visited.
If you read my previous reviews, I said the quality was ok... have I purchased better from other dispensary, yes, but I've also bought worst. And I'm glad you have has many strands as you do now, because when I was there you had maybe 10 and could only supply me with small amounts. And I feel more variety is very important, the club I was at today had 54 strands for me to select from!
Another big issue I had (bigger then quality of your product) was the customer service. As mentioned before, the women at the front was unapproachable and didn't make me feel comfortable while I was there. Quite frankly, she came across as very rude.
As someone like myself, who is also a businessman, I wouldn't take reviews such as mine in a negative way, or try to tell the person they are basically lying and say they haven't even visited my establishment I would take what they said as constructive criticism, and learn from it to improve my business. Maybe I will come back to revisit you, and check out your new strands as you state you have gotten more since I was there. And maybe, I'll have a better experience, and write a different review.
