Disappointed with this place.
Had high hopes.
1st visit after spending upwards of $300 they forgot free pre roll & 10% discount.
Said they'd have to ring up the whole order again and they'd apply it to next visit.
Next visit, spend same amount and was told they had discount in system prior to order. For some reason they again forgot discount. Was told same thing about redoing the whole order.
Tender apologized and swore they'd make up for it next visit.
Went in after new year expecting a $60 credit and was told that since my purchases were prior to the 2016 there was nothing they could do as they dropped the discount from 10% to 5%.
Manager came out and said he wanted to make me happy so he offered a free pre-roll.
Wow, so you're gonna give me the pre-roll you never gave me for my 1st time visit and basically tell me to kick rocks with my $60 credit.
All I can say is that I am glad there are a lot of other good dispensaries in the area.
It's upsetting because it looks like after starting out offering decent deals and prices these guys have decided their reviews = a price hike.
The top shelf flower is decent but don't bother with the other tiers.
Too bad.
