Ocean-Grown (OG) blends are always a good fit for my depressive and PTSD symptoms. A lot of indica blends bring down my mood too much, helping PTSD symptoms but invoking greater depression during times of stress. OG blends elevate and relax, bringing me back to my body and sense of wellbeing. My last experience with this strain was to medicate for a highly triggering period of time and I needed something to bring down both my depression and hyper-arousal. Additionally, True OG’s high THC content is good for either those of large stature or with tolerance levels.
