I find infused beverages to be hit-or-miss, but Happy Apple is definitely a hit for me. This product doesn't sacrifice taste for potency or vice versa; the flavor is sweet and spicy, unimpeded by the addition of cannabis. Coasting into full-body bliss after about 30 minutes, this drink kept me fully immersed in my evening video games until tapering into sleepiness after a few hours. I'd tried Happy Apple over the summer as well -- the powerful but functional effects made for a very chill, very silly day at the lake. Highly recommend.

Tried a 25-mg dose last night when I knew it would be a rough night of sleep. It made my eyes heavy and body relax, but my mind was racing with paranoia for another hour or two before falling asleep. Woke up feeling really foggy-headed and kind of anxious. I'll try taking a half dose next time to dodge the side effects.

I had a fantastic first experience at Vela. From check in to check out, the staff was kind and attentive. The store itself is beautiful, and probably the first place I'd take my parents or grandparents should they ever want to see a cannabis shop for themselves. I'll definitely be back soon!

When driving down Stone Way, I have my choice of several dispensaries -- but Oz is the one I stop at. Their staff is always friendly and knowledgeable, and their last recommendation of PNW Grower's GDP has brought me a new favorite. Their clipboard menu system makes my head spin a little, but I usually just use their online Leafly menu anyway.

These are great to have on hand to calm a sour stomach or ease anxiety -- although I find I need to eat two at a time to feel much of a therapeutic effect. The flavor is great and I love the synergistic ingredients used. The only thing I disliked about the product is the slimy exterior texture the mints take on after a few minutes.

I adore this little egg. Still using it after 2 long years, with no signs of it giving out. Complete temperature control allows you to really customize your high and deliver flavorful bags of well preserved terpenes. The chamber is pretty easy to clean, and the product closes into a very compact device so it's not at all difficult to transport. You'll save your lungs and money with this -- a little bit goes a long way.

It costs a pretty penny, but you get what you pay for: Davinci IQ is definitely one of the best portable flower vapes I've come across since the PAX. It doesn't burn the product and give it that scorched popcorn flavor. The vapor is flavorful with good temperature control, and the lights along the side will provide any stoned soul with minutes, if not hours, but probably minutes, of entertainment.

FreshTerps just might be the smoothest dabbing experience I've had to date. The terpenes alone (the strain I picked up was Critical Mass) provide a soothing buzz that relaxes muscles while making you feel stress-free and giggly. This Critical Mass weighs in at 18% caryophyllene, a terpene that works wonders on my anxiety. This is the best product I've tried yet in Colorado, and I can only hope they'll expand into Washington one day soon.

I started going to Herbs House because it was only a few blocks from my house, but I've gained many more reasons to love this place. The budtenders are always helpful and friendly enough for me to know most by name. Selection of products is great, and they've never run out of my favorite infused drinks. Good to see this place hasn't lost a bit of its friendliness and charm since it was just a tiny medical dispensary in its upstairs attic! <3
