Then.. the receptionist has the gall to say well “why your here, would you like something”?. No not really, not after I went though all this trouble to come back & get my card. The worst part of the customer service experience - I’m a stock owner, the stocks been plummeting for awhile now...wonder why.

The 1st timer discount is unbeatable. Getting the discount on the other hand is like pulling teeth. Inventory control is questionable at best, couldn’t locate my request for 20 mins. Causing me anxiety as others waited in line behind me. The bud tender was looking diligently on my behalf, thankful that he came through for me. The experience left me soured on this place. The showroom & floor are very clean, however behind the counter is in disarray. Magic marker labeling, overflow stock everywhere - it has to be tough finding things back there. They have cages & backroom storage - it’s way to disorganized to expect fast service. On a side note the location on has one entry point which is a pitfall in my eyes.
