Dispensary 33 – Andersonville Chicago (Medical & Recreational)

First two times I visited were ok eventhough they were under construction. Today was my third visit. Once inside there were two agents that appeared to be available yet let me stand there until the third agent became available. I waited to be acknowledged by anyone but was not. I finally approached one and she's like "did you place an order online?" I replied "no". She says "oh". I ask for recommendations she turns her tablet to let me choose. I place my order and she writes my pickup number on my receipt. I enter another part of the store and the person handling off peples orders says a number but it isn't mine. She keeps repeating the number waiting for someone to pick up. I am the only one standing there. I walk up and ask to see if she misread and turns out she did saying "oh this happens often". She looks at my receipt and finally hands me a bag and says bibs me goodbye. Didn't go over my purchase with as normally done so I empty the bag as she stands there and says nothing else. One thing about me is I don't care how good your product or prices may be. If your customer service is crap and I have to practically beg to be acknowledged, get a recommendation or have friendly service then just will take my money elsewhere. Going back to the herbal care center where they always treat me right.
