Terpinolene is neither an anti-inflammatory nor an analgesic. It is partly responsible for the piney or woody aroma with hints of herbal spice and citrus. It is found in conifers, tea tree, cumin, apple, sage, lilac, and rosemary. It gives a mild sedative effect while it reduces anxiety.
