If you haven’t visited this location, we highly recommend it! Unlike any other dispensary you’ve probably visited, this flagship was built to convey the lifestyle behind the Burb brand. Interior design aside, our bud-bar is always stocked with fire in all categories - we pride ourselves on product curation and procurement so you’ll be sure to leave happy every time! Next door we got munchie spots for days - Iron Bowl sushi is possibly the best sushi in the lower mainland, there’s tacos, snacks and junk food, A&W… oh and we’re conveniently located along the Mary Hill Bypass to make your commute a bit more pleasant!

Hit or miss with this place. I've had a few good strains and a few ehhhh strains but nonetheless staff are very nice and patient!

Very unfriendly staff who seemed bothered when customers ask questions. The menu on the wall it's not updated and you get impatient staff when ask for clarification. The same bud has different THC% for 1g and 3.5g and don't you dare to ask staff why... you'll get the same unfriendly inpatient attitude. And I've seen this same attitude with other customers.
My suggestion is to have a clear and updated menu if staff is not willing to help. For now I'll try the Lougheed location since it has better reviews.

I’ve never had more dry bud... ever.... 130 for a 1/2 o too.. seem to be more focused on storefront than quality

no menu? what is your price range? one bad review you might be what I want but I can decide with no menu's available..
must be expensive if your scared to show your prices.
