I am not affiliated with Charlie’s but the 1 star review above is ridiculous. How would Charlie’s be able to know the cart was defective? The government of Ontario has very bizarre rules around returns and what can be done. In the ultra competitive cannabis market in Ontario paired with the fact that dispensaries all buy from one supplier - the only way to rate a store is the physical store, the staff and the variety of products. In Charlie’s case, it sounds like the staff are great …. 5*…..the building is nice and new….5*…..and now to the cart complaint…..sounds like you found something that was defective…. Bad luck….4* Recommendation - shame the supplier, not the dealer who has no control.

Please take your business elsewhere!!!!! Great staff but terrible management/ownership that don’t value their staff/customers the way they should. Was recommend a cart that clogged within 24 hours of opening the product. Be warned with this place!!!!!
