One word. Shady! very unprofessional and disorganized place management is horrible and so are the owners who do not value any of their employees or customers. Products are always expensive and so many better stores around to choose from

Welcome to GoldenTree Cannabis - thank you for visiting us! We always get asked – is this a franchise? Who are the owners? We are a husband-and-wife team running our own independent cannabis retail chain – dreams really do manifest into reality if you work hard enough at it! Anthony grew up in Mississauga and Terra grew up in Belleville, and then we met somewhere in the middle in Brampton, ON! So, of course our first store was in our favorite Brampton Plaza in our old neighbourhood! Location number two is in Shelburne which is our current “hood,” and then location number three is in Terra’s old neighbourhood in Stirling ON. We value our roots and are doing everything we can to stay connected to them by supporting the local economies in locations that are near and dear to our hearts! At GoldenTree, we pride ourselves on giving exceptional customer service and providing in-depth knowledge of our products. Week after week we conduct market research and keep up to date on what is new and trending, so we can bring in the best products for our customers. Furthermore, if our customers have product requests or suggestions then we will happily bring in those items to our stores; this is a vital step to ensuring we give the experience our customers deserve at GoldenTree. I've left a great review when The place first open and it was great in the beginning but now you go there they never have the product your looking for even if you place an order cause you see its available online but arrive at the store and nope don't have none of that but to top it off tonight I went there asked for 3 different things that said it was available on the website but didn't have it so I pay through the nose for stuff I didn't want and I asked the guy for 2 grams of infused funk master kief shred but he brings out 7 grams of shred funk master which is low grade not infused like I wanted and he throws it in the bag never explained the product levels or what they where so his mistake went unnoticed until I made it home like if you can't understand what people are asking for and you don't check the stuff before you make the sale you shouldn't be behind the counter so not impressed guys now I'm out the extra money I paid for crap that I can't return
My first time at this store and there was this older guy that served me he was very rude and I just had questions about some CBG products. Staff looks uneducated and are not knowledgeable. Not going to return because I felt upset by him.
If I could give zero stars I would, The worst customer service secondly I got a a Thc chocolate instead of Cbd when I asked….will not visit again!
