Absolutely do not shop here if you can avoid it. The staff, as well as the manager, have the worst customer service you will have experience. They will sell you a defective product, acknowledge it is defective, show you it is defective, and not replace or refund it. If you want a working one at that point, too bad you must buy another one. It makes no sense. Absolutely abysmal service. I drove for two hours to come to this store and I will never return.

Always shop at High life Marcus ave, stopped by LaSalle on way to catch the bus, I asked for a vape cart for my ride, The guy with zero customer service says I cannot sell to you if you are driving ! I tell him ride does not mean DRIVING, his response is he can get into alot of trouble selling to some one who is driving, I realize this is not normal, after explaining for the 2nd time I am not driving, he says okay I will sell to you, I order my cart, and he punches up the price ! I ask him do you want my account number,, Its still gonna be the same price, I said it will go towards points, he took information and I left store, just confused how one store has a five star rating and LaSalle ave has some one so opposite in customer service, just peachy
