The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful.

I’ve been here multiple times. Flower quality and service mixed, but yesterday was weird. One staff serving another client was clueless and the other for me was terse, rude and unhelpful. ‘Now Hiring’ sign on counter. The Headband strain I bought was incredibly dry and old. Like eating at a restaurant where the morale and product suggests it’s about to fold.

Walking in, you are immediately greeted. It’s all downhill from there. You better know exactly what you want if you don’t want the 3 staff members on duty to stare at you. They seem inconvenienced by your presence, as if you’re interrupting them from more important things. The staff are mostly young hipsters and come across as arrogant toward customers who they don’t deem cool. I will never go here again after several Uncomfortable experiences here. The last time, I caught the staff whispering and laughing with each other as I was browsing the menu. Totally unprofessional and can cause anxiety in people. Do better, Hobo.

A couple times, I’ve opened the jar and the bud has been pretty dry. Decent prices and selection, though.

Love everybody's energy at the store and there is always good options to pick from. Great costumer service with great recommendations. recommendation: 1. Make sure you ask for the HOBO workers favorite strains at the time!! 2. If you dont know what you buying, just ask, staff are great!!

Awesome store, great selection, friendly staff, reasonable pricing. I'm giving the atmosphere 1 star for their stupid name. If I could give it zero stars, I would. I'll recommend this store to people (can't argue with what they're selling or the great service and staff), but there's a store that DOESN'T have a stupid name about ten blocks closer to me so this is no longer my first choice.
