Stated they called twice and it was a hang up and call back and a hang up. Left without knocking As I have 4 dogs and was home and could see the door the dogs would have barked!! . Called and gave the customer service the information and was told the driver was believed over my proof. Never order from this business!! Not worth the hassle. Poor customer service all around. Buyer beware. If I could give a zero I could.

I had a recent interaction with OCS customer support regarding two orders I placed on March 26th. The chat experience itself was pleasant — Danielle, the support rep, was super friendly, polite, and professional throughout. She made the process feel personable and was quick to respond once verification was complete. That said, I was a little disappointed to learn both of my orders were delayed despite being placed before the advertised shipping cut-off time. There was no notification sent out about the delay, which left me in the dark for a few days. Since I’ll be out of town when the orders finally ship, I ended up requesting a refund — something that could’ve been avoided with clearer upfront communication. Overall, the customer service rep was great, but the fulfillment side left something to be desired. Hopefully, the process gets smoother in the future!

I am FURIOUS with my experience. I ordered a week ago and chose Mr day shipping with Canada post. OCS chose to ship my item a week later with a third party company. Even though OCS and Canada Post are govt owned and operated. Gotta love when we pay for services with taxes but the way screw us anyway. So… the company takes a week. They bring it when I am not home and the guy says they will try the next day. I say no, I am not home. Save ur company time and save me. Come the NEXT day. No problem he says .. well they didn’t do that. They came and when I wasn’t home they said they’d send it back. When I asked for a supervisor they lied and told me the name of the company was MIM and there was no contact info for me to reach out. He would call supervisor.. except he did NOT.. immediately after, I got a msg that it was sent back. OCS is unreliable, just like everything our govt does!!! I. Ant even get away from giving them the business cuz all shops get their product from them. I applied for OCS back in the day, before Fors ripped it apart and made it only online, after many people quit their jobs to work there. I had 3 interviews for a position they never intended to fill. This is how our govt runs. Why would u not use Canada post??? I avoid shopping here any chance I get! I was ordering seeds so I never have to buy from them again. Even this review is stupid, but I gotta vent about just how absolutely ridiculous OCS is operated.. just know that if you order, it won’t come in a day, so be prepared. I was told delivery is only 5-10pm. And it’s over a week later. Get ur supply fr literally anybody else

The only thing worst than their product is their customer service.
