Terrible experience and customer service and worst dispensary ever.
I had just made a mobile order at 12:30PM and by 12:57PM it was ready for pickup and to go. My partner and I walked for 38 minutes there so by the time we arrived it was ready.
When we arrived I did what I normally would do with the other dispensaries and their mobile pickup procedure... I showed my ID and card used to purchase. The ginger haired lady working started giving me issues about the order. Normally when I should've just been able to go in, show them my 2 cards and grab my stuff, then go. But it didn't turn out that way at all.
She said unfortunately due to fraud reasons on their behalf and to prove it is actually me, my card needed to have the strip to scan my CVC number but my card didn't have the strip. It does have the pin and 3 digit code on the back though. She then told me she will refund me and that we could continue on with the purchase via in store. But that didn't go smooth either.
The refund didn't come through and my purchase in store didn't work either as I didn't have enough after that. Then she said it would take 3-7 business days for my money to come in and I wasn't happy. She brought out another worker to explain that they can't do anything.
The manager was just as unhelpful as that ginger haired lady who was working.
I ended up leaving without my product given to me when I had all my identification to prove it's me and the order stated it was confirmed & ready, AND also some money down the drain for 3-7 business days when I'm already trying to budget atm.
Definitely will NOT be going back to this place as the staff are extremly oblivious, and find it weird how no other dispensary has given me issues or made up excuses before.
I STRONGLY recommend not ordering online through this place as they will screw you over... better yet, even go.
