Absolutely amazing people work there. Owner definitely contains business ethics. They will rather dump a lot of unopened products just because the owner doesn’t want to sell anything old to his customers. Always has what I want, always keeps everything on stock. This shop has never disappointed me since it opened up.

Staff is great, if they don't have what you need/want they will try to find somthing similar! Most of the staff know what I like and are quick with a suggestion and it's typically great!

All the wonderful ladies that work here are all very knowledgeable, uplifting and over all just great people. The store is set up very welcoming and open to conversation. Would recommend this business to anyone and everyone.

The Staff were super friendly, the atmosphere was amazing (best store I have been to) and the location is incredible. They are situated on the way to Kalamalka Lake and have soo many parking spots, discrete entrance as well for anyone who might be worried about being seen entering or exiting a dispensary!!

Went in the other day and the cashier Laura was one of the most knowledgeable and helpful budtenders that ive ever encountered. she was able to help me find some of the most potent and affordable bud and a decent grinder to replace my old one. the store also has a neat and cozy atmosphere as a bonus

It is always such a great experience shopping at Shades. The staff are so knowledgeable and friendly. They take the time to really get to know their patrons. (By name in fact). I can trust in any recommendation I am given because the staff know me and know what I will benefit from most. The best thing about Shades is they make you feel appreciated and no matter what...they are ALWAYS smiling!
