I love this place.....it seems like it's a "'dead zone" atm though, not much RSO options.

Went in today before the store closing early, because of Hurricane Helene, staff was so helpful. Eli went above and beyond assisting with my order, he is knowledgeable about the products and was able to help me select the best products within my budget. Eli and Juan Carlos were working when I went in and both staff members were very friendly and wished patients to stay safe during storm.

love the customer service. disappointed that they are usually out of flower .. definitely will continue to shop there but continue to hunt for a store that can keep up with their supply and demand.

This was my first time in a dispensary. Mike helped me and he was fantastic! He was knowledgeable, informative and super friendly. I will definitely be back.

Walked in and felt very welcome. Nice clean store with great products. They do sell THCA that is amazing. Nice is you don’t have a Florida medical card. Would highly recommend you paying them a visit if you are in the area.

People be so sensitive to the wrong things. Pay attention to how things are and it speaks for itself. I enjoy coming to this location although the experience is way different than the Cali one I visited. This isn't all that bad, but you can see the room for so much improvement, which is good. All in all, awesome place all around.

I have been to every dispensary in the tri State of Florida for my medical needs. Seizures,PTSD and Chrons Disease. Surterra Wellness not only has the most knowledgeable and professional staff but the best quality strains but the only consistent inventory. Surterra is far and away the best dispensary in my opinion

Last Friday I went to Trulieve too pick up an order,and man were they busy. I got AWESOME help from a PRICELESS SET OF SUPER LADIES !! They were over loaded with people and kept there professionalism !! TARINA, MERCEDES, and ANDREA were the only ones there, but they kept it moving!!! Insa is set up so nice and they have displays in the showroom with the product on display and has the option to smell and view the current harvest, and the quality of product is very good! I don't know why more places if not all are not set up this way. Ordering from a cell phone or tablet is not my ideal way to shop. The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable, One of the best dispensaries with great weekly specials and all-round great prices! They even have a good amount of apparel with Big sizes for guys like me.

Best Fluent store around! Marvea was wonderful help, and very knowledgeable as well! The selection is extensive and diverse, so it was a bit overwhelming. Marvea helped find the right product for me! I will certainly be returning.

Liberty is the best. I’ve been to almost all the dispensaries in Gainesville & they’re my favorite. Great flower & carts. All locally grown. Awesome prices. They give discounts & points for every dollar spent that you can spend on products. & they always ate running specials. The people are so friendly, as well. All around 5 stars.

This was my first trip to a Florida dispensary, and I was not disappointed. Great product and service.

Atmosphere is chill & modern . I got a $1 pre roll for having an august birthday . Awesome . I got a 1/8 of GingerBread Man Flower . Super super dank , one of the best strains I’ve come across . Wish I could add a pic of the bud . Green orange and purple with super bright white crystals all over . Really realizing strain . I hope I can get it again one day soon !
