I came in today for the 8/20 super sale today and I was being helped by Serena. While waiting on my medication to be dispensed I noticed a very polite bud-tender Aja was handling a very disgruntled customer. He was very rude to her and not at any point in time did she break her cheerful character. She saw the sale to the end with a smile and a positive attitude. Aja should be commended on her sales and customer service skills. Please done let these actions go unnoticed.

Krystal k was amazing ! She helped me and made me feel totally comfortable ! I was a newbie and super nervous she made the experience awesome and stress free! I would recommend fluent because of the great experience she ensured and she was very very knowledgeable ! Awesome place!

Malik was not only extremely knowledgeable regarding the wide range of products that I was interested in, but also made the online ordering experience enjoyable and fun. All the people working at muv in Melbourne Florida go above and beyond they're awesome the flowers amazing good price great discounts I recommend the strawberry guava Rocky Road wedding kush mints n gator breath strains and more... all the employees there work super hard and fast so you don't have to wait an hour and 45 minutes like at trulieve you're in and out the longest I waited there was at the most 10 minutes

I love this place and it's been my favorite dispensary since I've gotten a card. The staff is incredibly helpful and make thoughtful recommendations (not just the most expensive product or any add-on's they can sneak in). It's the best qualify for the cost and unlike some dispensaries, the quality is consistent. The rewards program is definitely generous and they have great sales. I didn't have much experience with THC when I first got my medical card and they walked me through what to expect from each product and I felt comfortable trying new products after speaking with them. Their edibles are also the best for effectiveness and flavor, but their flower and carts are also great and they always have a pretty good variety available. Def recommend.

Trulieve tarpon springs always friendly staff and seem to have good stock compared to some busier locations that may run out fast of things like minis. Very helpful staff, my last visit I had a complicated order and had to change out a few things and Jodi took care of everything while still making me feel like she was happy to help.

Great staff. Very knowledgeable and eager to help suggest products that might solve your challenges. Products are high quality. These guys focus on fewer strains, but IMHO have higher quality, more easily consumed products. Their pricing is competitive as is their rewards program.
