We drove 4 hours round trip, it was well worth it. We were greeted with a great customer service smile by Armando, he informed us of everything we needed to know being first time customers. Corey then greeted us at the door, he answered our questions and referred us to a certain product, it was super quick and easy. I recommend The Firehouse, it's also easy to find on Hwy 139. I've been there once just got my prescription it was good friendly helpful folks took time to teach me the kiosk to order I will say the flower is priced ok it the dab thats super high price but overall I loved it and will be going back 5 STARS all day.

I've been here several times. Def my go-to spot. Always friendly and helpful. Never too long of a wait. Online menu stays very up to date (as soon as something runs out, the site is immediately updated). Great product. Awesome specials. Definitely look into their specials on the site. They also have an early bird special (7am-9am) and twilight special (7pm-9pm) where you can buy 3 of anything and get a 4th for $1 which can help bring down the cost but you can't combine it with other deals. Right now they have the best deals in town on grass (Lula's and High Supply) and concentrates (Lula's and Bedford Grow)

I absolutely LOVE this place, the people and the prices! I go here even though two (maybe even three) other places are closer. The whole environment gives no anxiety. From pulling into the parking lot to showing my card at the door to talking with the two people at check-in. The whole process is so stress-free and relaxed, even when I forget to add something else to my order.

Major inventory of selections, 30% off everything I chose (edibles), order was exact, delivery on time, and Greg was professional, friendly and helpful. I'm a medical patient and my experience with curbside service so far has been excellent. Everyone that I've dealt with, from the Budtenders to the Security Guards, have been friendly. Curbside pickup is usually a pretty quick process. I wish I knew the lady Security Guard's name, but she kept panhandlers from leaning into my car (with no mask) and asking me for money. She's very sweet but she's very stern with people bothering us medical patients... So, I really appreciate the safety that she brings. Also, Brady is my favorite Bud tender. I bring my senior dogs with me when I do my medication pickups. They look forward to seeing Brady because he always has a treat for them! Brady is also very friendly and always explains any issues that I create with my online orders. I'm also a Veteran, and I've always received my Veteran discount at checkout.

Curbside is the best!! Everyone is so friendly and helpful - i can’t thank them enough ! It’s always a smooth, accurate, quick service. I’m grateful for curbside because there are times I’m unable to go inside the store !!

Let me just say I’ve been waiting for Maryland to finally get real and let go and legalize you know what I’m say lady’s and gents?anyway I’m pretty bad off the last 5-6 months now I had a horrible car accident at work and have not worked or anything in 5 months let me say the people here are great helpful kind !!showed me EXACTLY what I needed to do and it’s great I can finally buy bud just like alcohol!!it’s seriously about freaking time lol anyway thanks guys and gals at ascend ur great and I’ll be seeing u really soon for a new treat !
