The best in town. BY FAR. I'm not wealthy by any means. And I will spend more money for the same product. And its all because of there customer service. Cody or Kody is amazing and if I knew the other 2 or 3 I always see in the drive thru. I'd sure shout them out as well. These guys are always in a good mood. Always respectful, polite, and helpful. I've been upset because I'm impatient. And no matter how I act. They treat me with the some respect and kindness. I wish I could afford to tip these guys like I want too. AMBER – Shockoe Glow (Live Rosin Cartridge) Shockoe Glow is a smooth, body-focused live rosin cart that really shines when it comes to physical comfort and overall feel, without messing with your head. Onset & Overall Feel: The effects don’t hit all at once — it comes on gradually. Within about 5–10 minutes, I felt a calm, cozy sensation starting in my chest and slowly spreading through my body as a light tingling. My heart rate picked up just a bit at first, but it stayed comfortable and settled down quickly. Body Effects: This is where Shockoe Glow really stands out. It made it easy to notice and relax tension in areas where I usually feel tight, like my shoulders and joints. Stretching and moving felt good, and my body just felt more “open” and responsive. Physical sensation was noticeably enhanced, especially once I got comfortable. Mental Effects: Mentally, this stayed very balanced. I felt calm, focused, and present — not spacey, not sleepy, and not stuck in my head. I could relax, but I also felt like I could get up and move around without any problem. Mood & Desire: There was a light, natural increase in desire, especially with visual stimulation, but nothing overwhelming. It felt more like being open and receptive rather than suddenly feeling wired or distracted. Everything stayed very manageable and smooth. Dosing Notes: I started with one 4-second pull around 3.7–3.8V, then later added a very small 1-second pull to dial it in. All staff are extremely great/helpful, the cannabist company definitely has aspects that could be criticized, but they do run food drives and support veterans. There has been a small revamp, but the quality and selection of products, as always, is very nice.

Most of the dispensaries have forgotten about the customer experience and for it on profits. I absolutely love the service I receive here.

EVERY time I go to Liberty Baltimore I have a FAB experience. From the customer service, to the products offered to convenient parking...but really the customer service is the BEST.

Initially, I was skeptical about going to Liberty Norristown. Driving is painful for me. I'm located in Spring City Pennsylvania. It's a 9.9 mile drive. Fortunately, I arrived at 10:30 AM on Sunday. Service was EXCELLENT. The staff ensured that I knew the products offered, and offered the best prices I've seen. This is my favorite dispensary in my 5 years as a patient.

Staff is amazingly helpful and always strives to get you the best deal, the selection is vast and the rewards program is unbelievable. 10/10 would recommend!

Every staff member has a smile and a greeting, they remember your name. They can help put together products for the price you want to pay and you won’t be disappointed- they know the product. I always feel uplifted when I leave.

The quality of the product here is hands down by far the best in this area. I've been to 3 other dispensaries, and will never go back again.This is now my home . They do also have some deals once in awhile at Breakwater.
