Today for the first time I had trouble opening the PDF of my medical card. I was directed to talk to Chris, who really knows his way around a phone! He helped me get out to the state site just to re-download my card, and filed it away so that I had options of ways to open it. Good Job thwarting my panic attack (:. I had bought an 1/8 of what was supposed to be a hybrid and got it and it was an indica, Randy gave me a $20 credit to make up for it, I couldn’t use my credit because I didn’t have cash and was a little frustrated. I went and got money from my mom on cashapp and didn’t have enough because of the atm fee. Randy paid for my order and asled I return it when I get paid and said he just wants people to be happy and come back and doesn’t want no one to go without. He didn’t have to do that at all. Everyone there is kind, (prolly cause they smoke that Kind Tree I ifykyk) I thank him for making the experience better and helping me even thought I was frustrated. Dude deserves a raise!
