This was my first time at Green Pharma. The staff was very helpful and very attentive.

Topher was my bud tender and was great! Had great suggestions, polite and very knowledgeable. The gentleman at the front desk was also great. He greeted me as soon as I came in, also let me know it was going to a little wait and told me about the first visit extras. Highly recommend it!

Went grand opening very nice atmosphere good knowledgeable bud tenders who help you find the right weed or cannabis products. I would highly recommend this dispensary to anybody looking for the right relief.

The staff here are very helpful and a pleasure to be around !!!! No waiting not crazy busy when we go (Saturday mid afternoon). Highly recommend!!!

Wow! The building is so nice, amazing setup inside, the staff is knowledgeable and easy to talk to, all in all this was one of the best dispensary experiences I've ever had! Timber cannabis is THE dispensary to go to on big rapids, Alex the nug master was hands down the best bud tender in town. The experience he gave us was phenomenal. I specifically loved his electric personality and the way he described the products with a sense of humor all while explaining the the effects and profiles. From a fellow bud tender to the nug master thank you seriously had a blast. KNOWLEDGEABLE & QUICK! Timber passed the test!

Would like to say how clean and attractive the Big Rapids store was, a big variety of house plants in the foyer was very appealing! The show room was tastefully done and showcased a very nice variety/selection of products. I may not be an expert but I know friendly, helpful and knowledgeable when I encounter it! Those qualitites were in corporated in Mike, our salesman and his co-salesperson, Kelly, to a "T". Due to their excellent service, and quality of product, I will be back and don't be surprised if I bring a friend! Please do NOT publish my name and email address! THANK YOU!
