As a Veteran and medical patient, its my go to dispensary. They offer great deals, its much closer than S'fld, and most of all my dog and I enjoy their kind and friendly staff!

We drove 4 hours round trip, it was well worth it. We were greeted with a great customer service smile by Armando, he informed us of everything we needed to know being first time customers. Corey then greeted us at the door, he answered our questions and referred us to a certain product, it was super quick and easy. I recommend The Firehouse, it's also easy to find on Hwy 139. I absolutely LOVE this place, the people and the prices! I go here even though two (maybe even three) other places are closer. The whole environment gives no anxiety. From pulling into the parking lot to showing my card at the door to talking with the two people at check-in. The whole process is so stress-free and relaxed, even when I forget to add something else to my order.

I have visited Curaleaf in Montgomery Village, MD, many times since July 1, 2023, when Adult Use became legal in Maryland. Every single interaction I've had here has been 5 Star "perfect" customer service, without exception. They are all very friendly as well. Whether it be a question, a recommendation, or efficiency in quickly filling an online pre-order, the employees at this Curaleaf location get the job done well, with no issues. I think some of the pricing is a tad higher than some competitors, but I'd rather drive only 1.5 miles to this location. Curaleaf does offer a generous 15% "Wisdom Discount" to us wise folks over 55. They also have a loyalty point reward program, which helps lower the cost further. I don't have to ask or remind them each time, as it's all applied automatically once my info is in their system. 2 things to be aware of; The only forms of payment accepted are Cash or Debit Card, and they do give priority treatment to Medical Customers, which is only right. Lastly, they offer a great variety of accessories and clever gift items, everything one might need to enjoy the product. 10/10!

My 1st time attending this business and I was very pleasurable. It was serviced by Rebecca she took her time and was very knowledgeable on conditions I had and what to suggest for me. She was accurate once I went home and experienced the call outs she made. I will be attending very pleasant atmosphere.

I went to Curaleaf last week, specifically to pick up a high quality sativa strain. I usually check out who has what using the “Leafy App, pre-order and pick up, and … Sometimes I luck out. This was one of those times cuz when I got to the counter, the “Babe Ruth” of BudTenders, Miss Shannon, was my Bud Tender. Psst., my nick name for her stems from the fact that EVERY SINGLE TIME she recommends a strain, she hits it out of the park (and the crowd cheers.) “No joke”, as Dark Brandon says: This lady; I kid you not, she knows her product, where treasures are buried and she’s quick as a wink to get them into your shopping cart before it sells out. Listen, Guys, for those who know what good quality medicine is, we are blessed to have the gift that this caring community store is, so close to home. If you’ve not yet gone, get goin’. If your experience there was less than perfect, check them out again. Tell’m I sent you and receive… nothing less than goodness of their products and great service from the peeps that work there.
