I love the bud. It is much a higher quality than I have had at other dispensaries in Philly. Also the service is tremendous. I will say Beyond/Hello locations are all great but the service at the Northern Liberties is noticeably better than at the other Philly locations. Finally I am always shazaming songs in the lobby. Great vibes. 12/10

Armando was awesome! He was very educational. I was not aware of the loyalty program, he helped me right away! My friend who went with me had only ever been to fire station once in the past, & today she got a FREE cart because she had loyalty points from the last visit! All around top notch! Will be back!

Love it here. I have never had bad experience here. I want to stay true to RIZE, not have to go somewhere else. I hope the managers read these. You need to order some more live resin sativa vape cartridges. I need live resin and sativa. I have no problem getting to and staying asleep. I just beat lung cancer, hence live resin. First time being in this dispensary and wow it definitely blew my expectations out of the water! BEAUTIFUL store with huge windows and natural light unlike any of the other dispensaries I’ve visited in the area. Staff had a great vibe and steered me to some new strains I hadn’t tried yet on the IL side. I will be back when I’m in the Edwardsville area 100%!

From when I recd my card I shop nowhere else but Trulieve on 3rd and Packer in Philly. Has a parking lot. On line order are done quickly. Staff is great. I can't wait until you can have a lounge and cup a tea and a doobie on the premises would be awesome.

Been to a Dozen shops in Phila. and this Zen has had the best prices and the most knowledgeable and friendly staff which to help you make the right decisions on what to get . As my biggest grip with this industry is so many other shops feel like your intruding on their private social club . Making the correct choice on very expensive product to treat my illnesses is my main concern as I was never a smoker and only got the card at my doctor advice and pushing it at every visit replace all the very harmful medications I was on and never been happier living side effect free.

They are super friendly and so insightful, every time I go in I’m always greeted with a smile. They really do there research and know what will suit you the best I love my visits there. Also that pleasant smell that awaits just beyond the doors is heaven to the nose in my opinion

Each time we’ve been at Indigo in Brooklawn, we had very courteous and attentive bud tenders who have assisted us. I wanted to especially mention Nina, who has helped us twice now and was very helpful and shares her knowledge as we are getting more information regarding products to help 2 of our very close friends that are dealing with terminal issues.
