One of the absolute best dispensaries I've ever been too. Of course I support my local dispensary but I've been to a few around and in Pittsburgh as well. Brad and Michelle helped me through one of the worst days of my life. i deal with extremely bad social anxiety and they had some idiot working the door (thank God I never saw him again after that day) that had a nasty attitude and wasn't paying attention to his job which put me in a total panic attack Both Brad and Michelle made it a priority that I was on and helped me breathe thru it. Both even gave me hugs which I desperately needed that day. The overall cool, calm, and kindness from all the employees makes anyone feel welcome... like you've known them for years. Love them all!

All dispensaries should have a sampler package to purchase, e.g. one for sleeping, one for pain relief, one for focused attention, one for fun etc. Also, brochures with recommendations for new clients or sampler suggestions package. The newer customers don't know what we don't know when making a purchase. Elameth was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and kind during my visit. She made suggestions, and told me about discount programs available. Great person who is definitely focused on customer service!

The shop is super professional. Walls full of displays of the gear. By far the best prices I’ve seen.

I have been to 8 different dispensaries, and Curaleaf Lebanon is my favorite. It is close to the top as far as pricing goes also and to receive special pricing you do not have to purchase 3 or 4 items like some other places. Employees are fast and friendly.

I have used several dispensaries within a fifty mile radius, and this one is by far the best one! I've come here for several months now. The staff are extremely friendly, knowledgable, and on point. Today was my first time at Curaleaf. I was using a dispensary in Bethlehem, which I will not name. I believe you know who I mean. I am 74 years of age and have a condition that causes pain, nerve pain which nags me 24/7. Curaleaf is everything a dispensary should be. A wonderful reception at the front desk to the intelligent men and women who help you in every possible way to to provide the best advice and deals, which I must say were spectacular. So lets recap, wonderful smart people that help you in every way possible. Great deals on quality products and an atmosphere which I have to say "Will knock you out". I had the pleasure of being one of Bryan's first customers on his first day of work. I have never had anything less than an excellent experience in terms of product, price, or personalized service, and it was good to welcome Bryan to the team on the first long holiday weekend of summer. I don't shop any place else.

It's really about the people that work there. Just nice, easy going and caring folks. I like the building too. It's small and well decorated. Good menu helps as well.

Customer service is exceptional! I always feel like a friend rather than just a customer. Highly knowledgeable on the products. I order on line and my order is always ready to go when I arrive. I've been to the other dispensaries in Ironwood and this is the best!
