First time being in this dispensary and wow it definitely blew my expectations out of the water! BEAUTIFUL store with huge windows and natural light unlike any of the other dispensaries I’ve visited in the area. I have 2 small puppies who I care for daily. Ascend welcomed them as I made my purchase. Very cool. Place across river was very condescending as they said "dude" dogs aren't allowed. Well bye bye then CWN. Good Job Ascend.

Everyone at this location is awesome! The security guy Dave is amazing! He remembers who I am and is so warm and welcoming every visit. I look forward to our small chats every visit! The check in staff always greet me with a smile. The bud tenders are all phenomenal too! Super friendly, patient and take their time answering my questions and offering suggestions so that I can get products that meet my specific needs! I exclusively visit this dispensary over the other options. Totally worth the 45 minute ride!

Loyalty card that knocks off 10 percent after your 10th $50 or more purchase. Friendly staff, good selection. Recreational prices are much steeper than medical but in the Cooperstown, Delhi, Oneonta region, it's your best bet.

During my second-ever visit last week, I thought I'd lost a keepsake -- my dead dog's ashes in a spent .38 casing -- when I pulled cash out my pocket. Went back and the manager spent 10 minutes reviewing tape before saying it wasn't lost there (later found it beneath the car seat). I thought that was extraordinarily considerate of the guy, and he made a customer for life. Nothing to dislike about the products, place or people. Can't say the same about Beyond/Hello, sorry I ever stepped foot in such a sterile place, with all the charm of a WalMart and employees only slightly more engaging. Ascend is superior in every respect.

This was my first visit to a dispensary in PA since getting my medical card, and I couldn’t be more impressed. The staff was incredibly knowledgeable, kind, and welcoming.
