Excellent customer care and services. All staff and management members where all super helpful and very organized. The Greeter at the front entrance was vey kind, and very welcoming as i enter the Store everytime. Everyone was well kept and neat and very informative. This is hands down my favourite dispensary in all of Ottawa. My reasons are as follows: 1) the staff are true experts and not 19 year-olds. 2) Little touches like the fact that the menu is written out on giant blackboards ( I hate the scrolling screens that All other dispensaries) make it a pleasant experience and I never feel rushed when I go there. 3) They have the best prices.
