Best dispensary in Ottawa. The staff is super friendly and know their products well. They hold a vast variety of goods. Would recommend it to anyone looking to improve their cannabis experiences.

Super chill and friendly vibes in the store. The employees were polite and helpful. As a small independent store I would certainly dedicate my patronage to this dispensary.

Tokyo Smoke is extremely helpful and helped with any questions I had. Prices are a lil bit higher than other places but the customer service more than makes up for the prices, but their high rollers program always comes through clutch when I need it the most :)

My wife’s go to, and now that I’m smoking and taking cbd, it’s my go to as well. Staff are great and so kind to deal with.

What a cool dispensary in a cool mall! They’ve got a great selection, knowledgeable and very friendly employees, great prices and easy parking. Definitely shopping with my mates and family here again!

This is hands down my favourite dispensary in all of Ottawa. My reasons are as follows: 1) the staff are true experts and not 19 year-olds. 2) Little touches like the fact that the menu is written out on giant blackboards ( I hate the scrolling screens that All other dispensaries) make it a pleasant experience and I never feel rushed when I go there. 3) They have the best prices.

The staff are honestly great, I never feel rushed and I’ve gotten great recommendations about 90% of the time! Only thing I’ve started to notice is Tokyo Smoke has some of the market’s highest prices on a lot of their products. It’s a shame, since they’ve got a great selection and staff.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Process was efficient. Staff were knowledgeable about the products, and offered great insights and advice. A friend recommended this place to me and I’ll definitely be doing the same.
