My first experience with this store was also my first experience trying weed in general. They were extremely helpful helping me find what I needed while keeping in mind that I was a first-time user. Overall great experience and got some very good quality products.

Initially had some issue with a defective device that I could not get a refund. The manager reached out and did everything he could to make it right. Thankful for Phelan’s support in the matter. They have a good variety of products and nice staff.

What I really liked about Tokyo smoke is that everyone is so friendly and kind! The employees really know what they’re doing and have always recommended me their best stuff!!

This was my 3rd visit to this particular store & I just love how clean & organized it is. 2 employees stand out in particular, Matt & J. What pleasant, knowledgeable young men they are. I am senior & am still in the learning process as to hat to use for pain & energy in particular. They treated me with great respect & probably saw that I was a little nervous about trying new things. My sons go there & they convinced me that if anyone could help me with my questions, One Plant on Walker Rd. was the place for me to go. Let me say they have a permanent customer in me now. They are such good people.

Best customer service representatives they were so nice and they asked questions and got to know me as I waited for my purchase order. Only store that I never felt like having a nervous breakdown. Thanks for being the best cannabis store here!

The staff were knowledgable and recommended products that suited my preferences when I called! Service was fast and friendly. Plus, a 10% off all products for opening day helped lol. Highly recommend!

This place provides the most amazing experience when it comes to honesty and education about products. I love how they treat us a s customers and helps us all lighten up our days.
